How does the login work?
You log in using your email address or mobile number. You’ll then receive a one-time passcode (OTP) – no password required.

How long will I stay logged in?
Your login remains active for seven days. After that, you’ll be automatically logged out and can simply log in again with a new code.

I didn’t receive a code – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder (for email), or re-enter your number. If needed, you can request a new code after 60 seconds.

Can I use my login on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in on multiple devices. The OTP is device-specific and valid for seven days.

Do I need a password or an account?
No. There’s no need for a password or a traditional account. Everything works securely and conveniently via your one-time code.

Who has access to my data?
Only DiALOGiFY and – if you give your consent – the respective campaign organizer. All data is transmitted securely and handled according to clear data protection standards.

How can I update or delete my data?
You can update your details within the campaign itself or contact us at hello@dialogify.io if you'd like to delete your account or specific data.

What’s the difference between the Terms & Conditions on the login menu and the ones for the promotion?
The Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy notice shown on the login menu are DiALOGiFY’s standard policies. For each promotion there are also additional Terms & Conditions specific to that campaign. These promotion-specific terms are provided via links in a pop-up so you can review them at any time.
